Jean-Claude Casadesus conducting the renowned Saint Petersburg Philharmonic Orchestra led the Festival’s opening concert. The Orchestra played throughout the event, with a finale featuring Ravel’s Bolero and Chopin’s Piano Concerto No. 2 with Khatia Buniatishvili, the brilliant Georgian piano soloist.
